Criminalas &corruption in Kerala police

Now a days some news in media are frightening,because increase in criminals in Kerala police.Some police men are giving support to criminals, support Mafia,&some are directly involved in crimes.Some years before one higher level officer was the chief in a murder case.He ,with help of his friends killed one,cut the dead body into many pieces,and throne at many places.He got punishment of life-imprisonment and Supreme Court recently rejected his appeal against High court's imprisonment.

  There is news in media this week that 15 police men are involved in human expulsion at Kochi Airport,reported in 2012.These police men with help of some travel agents ,done human expulsion.They got lakes of money for the same.

           Some officers made acers of land by threatening the owners,some had trespassed properties ,hotels in that  land,some are helping thief's to do theft ,some are doing unauthorized lottery ,the list is long.Some are suspended after investigation,some are rejoined after suspension by the political support.
 
   Police men,those who have the duty to implement the law and order,are doing these unauthorized dealings.How can a common people believe in police and can give complaint in police station  against criminals?

New Year

Another New Year,new hopes,decisions,promises.In India  new year came with battle for protection for ladies and for justice.In December 16th of 2012 night at Delhi a 23rd year old lady was crucially raped by a group of people.That lady had to struggle for life but failed and lost her life.

                   In December last weeks,Indian capital witnessed protest for justice.First day many college students,mothers,gathered in India gate and before President's house without a leader or any political support.There want was protection for their life.Their protest was calm .But the next day,political parties and like some people squeezed among the protesters and started violence.Political parties are utilising this protest for party benefits in future.Police had to toil hard to control the mob and retreat from there.Visual media was celebrating this by live telecasting of protest.
                  Is the Government only has the responsible for that happened in Delhi?Indian culture is respecting women.Only the people of India is responsible for this.They view ladies only for sex.Lack of humanity,using of drugs,liquors are the reasons for this.
                Now everyone want to  give punishment,hang these rapers.If anyone hanged for rape ,others have a fear to do the same.
              In India,implementation of punishment of hanging,will take long time.Many years are passing in court  procedure,giving appeal in high court,supreme court,and mercy petition to president.

       Law must be equal to every citizens in India.If the rape is done by a man or a gang ,and had political support of any party,then the party will try to escape that person from punishment, saying right to live and family is living under that person etc.
                  All people are equal rights and equal right of punishment.

Kochi Metro-delaying expectation

       Metro is coming to Kochi,this news is hearing for many years.But it is still entangled in red-file and controversy.Kochi Metro will reduce the traffic-block of Kochi, but it will be dream.
   
         The decision of Kochi-Metro was taken in 2005 (,i think).The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation(D.M.R.C)and E.Sreedharan ,the metro man will be the charge of Kochi Metro.The expenses will share both the Central Government and  Kerala Government.The permission of Central Government was delayed for some years.
 
              When the route of Metro ,there started protest.Some shop owners came to protect saying that some portion of their shop will lose ,vision of their shop will effect by Metro.When survey began some people made objection because they will get less amount from Government than market value for their property.

          If Kochi metro is coming under the supervision of E.Sreedharan and D.M.R.C ,the project will complete with in the time limit,no commission,quality of work will high etc are the expectation of common people of Kerala.But the delay in every process,years passed and Sreedharan retired from D.M.R.C.T he decision of Metro is sleeping in files.

            In 2011 the new Government decided to give the charge of Kochi Metro to D.M.R.C.and Sreedharan and the foundation stone, laid by Honourable Prime Minister Manmohan Singh in September 2012.But the Government didn't requested D.M.R.C to take Kochi Metro project nor sent the Government order to D.M.R.C.Again there is delay in Metro.  Rs.40lakhs/day is the lose if the Metro delays ,says Sreedharan.Kochi Mayer and councilors visited Delhi to study about Metro and requested President to give pressure to D.M.R.C to take the construction of Kochi Metro.Waste of money.Majority of councilors can visit Delhi in Government expenses and can say that, they tried their best for Metro.These councilors didn't know the problems of there ward and doing nothing for their ward.

               There started many controversy.The deleted M.D of Kochi Metro sent letter to  D.M.R.C,.asking the power of Sreedharan in Kochi Metro.The media reports that there is an I.A.S.mafia playing a Major role to avoid Sreedharan from Kochi Metro.D.M.R.C is not interested in Kochi Metro and they say many points for the same.The latest news is that D.M.R.C is busy in 3rd and 4th development of Delhi Metro and will not take Kochi Metro.Kochi metro may be a dream  and we can wait for the same for more some years.

Liquor consumption rate is increasing in Kerala.A small potion of Government revenue is from licence for bar,Toddy shop and sale of foreign liquor through Beverages corporation outlets.Honourable High court asked Government ,can Government by law reduce the working hours of bars ,so as to reduce liquor consumption in early morning as bed-coffee.But Government had different opinion.

              In Kerala,sweet Toddy,fresh liquor taking from coconut tree,can drink not harmful to health.But in Toddy shops, as the quantity of this sweet toddy is too low ,some artificial toddy is supplying.This artificial toddy contains spirit ans other materials ,harmful to health.If the ratio of these harmful materials is increased,death may happen to the drinking people.Then the same Government will give money to the dead one's family as compensation.
                          
                  In Kerala mostly the daily wages group are the main consumers of toddy.They get nearly Rs.500/day,they spend more of their wages for toddy and their family members had to suffer.The remedy is to stop toddy shops step by step.Then there is a statement from political party that ,the persons in toddy shops will lose their job.
  
                   Any Government will not take interest to stop the toddy shop and giving bar license because they get crores of money from this business.In festival days like Onam,X-mas and even harthal days crores of money is getting to exice department by the sale of foreign liquor only through beverages corperation.The visual media gives flash news about this in each district.But now the exice minister banned these type of news in medias.

                   Last day Asianet news channel reported that even plus two students gets liquor from beverages outlets without any questioning.There is lay that belaw 21 ages,no supply of liquor.But the news channsel reported that the students ,who worked for channels got liquor from many outlets at Trivandrum.When channel reported this ,the exice minister said he will have an enquory and will take action against those who supplied liquor to the young one.After more than a week,no action taken.
     Who is responsibile for this?All parents,teachers,Government all can take action to reduce this liquor consumption.Otherwise God's own country will become drunker's own country.

Mafias in Kerala.

Kerala is a literate State.But at the same time lot of Mafia is growing.Land mafia,kidney mafia,spirit mafia and so on.There is drinking water mafia is there in kerala.The meaning of mafia is an organized international body of criminals,controlling many illegal activities ,but the Malayalam media is reporting all illegal activities as mafia. In some places like Munnar,some places in Idukki district ,land mafia is very strong.Any one can tress pass land of Government or others land with out permission.This group is called Land mafia.This people are building hotels,resorts etc.Every Government brings more laws to prevent this type of acquisitions but fails. These people have the support of political parties,money,and they are not bothered the rules and regulations.
  In kerala kidney mafia was strong .Poor people of Kerala&Tamil Nadu was victims of these mafia.They will get  a small amount of money for donating their kidney.Rest of the money will take the third party,mafia.When media reports this ,then only Government will know about this and will say ,that there will be an enquiry about this and will take action .Nothing will happen after that.
  Drinking water mafia is the latest one.Polluted water is giving some tanker lorries as drinking water.These drinking water is taking from rivers where people are putting waste,Wells where cleaning was not doing for many years.There is no proper purification .This water may be the reason for spreading jaundice and many deceases.Common people are forcing to buy because lack of pure water supply.In kerala lots of ponds,wells,rivers are filling and this land is using for building houses ,flats.More and more trees are cutting everyday and rain is decreasing and hot is increasing.In future there may have shops for drinking water with a limitation of 3 or 4 bottles of drinking water for a family for a week.
   In kerala there is lots of rules.But the implementation of these rules are important. If these rules are implemented ,there will not be any mafias..Rules and regulations are for implementations not for violation.

CRIMES IN SCHOOLS

Last week some incidents happened in some schools at Trivandrum was the main discussion matter in news channels.The matter was that a group of students attacked a student very cruelly and the management did not take action against the criminal student after a week.Schools and colleges are the places where students are brought up to a good human being.But now a days these places are creating centre of criminals.
In one school a group of senior students attacked a junior with some sharp tool ,made deep mark in hand.Reason for this attack was that the Senior students tried to copy in examination and the junior student gave complained to teachers. When the parents complained to the Management about this,they didn't take any action after week and said not give publicity to this matter because this will affect the fame of school.The parents forced to give the news to media and police registered case .
In another school the attacked student complained about taking drugs near school by group of was the reason for attack.That student is in I.C.Unit.Here also the management was not taking action as it will affect the fame of school.Then parents.
These managements are supporting these students and in future the will do more and more crime.In professional college,in the name of Ragging ,doing cruelty to fresh students.In India ragging is banned by law ,but it is happening in buses and trains.
These type of violence can reduce by teachers and parents by giving advice ,love&care,not by law.
Teachers consider students of their as their own kids.Now as days they think only about the remuneration,fame of the schools.Management is thinking about how they can increase the donation,increase the number of students,get sen percent distinction in public examinations ext.They never think about the humanity.

NEW YEAR

On new year day 2012 we ,some students of a parallel college Master Coaching Board met after 30 years.We studied pre-degree, the year 1981-1983.Collecting phone no:after 30 years was a great difficult because ,at that time no students have Mobile or land phone or face book.But we can collect of about 15 students and 4 teachers.We met this day as on that college days.All of them enjoyed this day with family.We shared the happiness on that days.Teachers gave the advice &blessings, as in class rooms.We realised love &affection, the teachers gave on that days, helped each one to begin their life.

HUMANITY

Cancer,it is very dangerous disease.Now there are many facilities to dictate cancer and in yearly stage treatment will help to return to healthy stage.There are many problems as the people are not aware of these facilities.Some people asks ,why we do tests as they are healthy.The testing must do at regular intervals as once in a year or like vise.The expense is another matter.Poor people can't afford the testings.
If a V.I.P is affected cancer,there are lot of people,Cine artists,writers etc will come to visit that person surrounded with media people.There is crying,apologizing all before media.But if a poor person is in that place , these people will not know the pain of that patient.They will not give money for medicines or for food at least for a day.
Fame,money all these are the values of a human.There is no humanity now a days.

OUR CULTURE.

last WEEK OF LAST MONTH,WHEN I WAS SEARCHING A TV CHANNEL,I SAW A PROGRAM IN jAYA TV.It was the telecast of carnatic music competition held in U.S.A.Some parts of competitions are showing from Monday to Friday in Jaya tv.Most participants are Tamil students and some Telugu students.These students are living their with their parents.All know to speak their mother tongue Tamil.They wear their traditional dress,girls silk skirts,half sarees.The judges are from Tamil nadu,famous Soumya,Naivali Santhanam.

The competition is tough one.All students learn music not for competition but to study it .Here in Kerala some learn only to participate in reality shows, for fame ,money.
Here we malayali people are just against Tamil people.They are not bothered about our culture &tradition.Kerala people will wear dhotis in some temples like Padmanabhaswami temple.In all other occasions they wear pants or jeans.They teach their children western music,drum,git tar etc.They feel proud in this.They contempt those ,who learn our music,&instruments like Chenda and other.
Some schools not allow to speak in Malayalam or wear dhotis in school on some occasions.
Our dress,food ,all are according to our climate.Cotton dress is beneficial in our hot climate.Food helps to keep healthy.Our young generation asks why we ate feast on Onam?We can take noodles,pasta etc on banana leaf.Some parents supports them saying that they don't like rice and other items.But the parents have to say the benefits of our food and culture.
We can accept other countries food,dresses,everything.But we not forget our culture ,traditionanl all.We must pass to the next generation.

Colonel Gaddafi was killed yesterday, thus ending the story of some 42 long years of dictatorship in Libya. The civil war broke outin Libya against Muammar Gaddafi in the month February 2011. The anti-government militias took control of several cities becoming brutally powerful day by day. The U.N Security Council voted to authorise a no-fly zone over Libya and carry out military action against -- to protect civilians against Gaddafi's army.There were rumors that Gaddafi had fled to Algeria to save his skin. But it was his wife and daughter that had escaped into Algerian soil where the daughter had given birth to a baby girl. In the month of September, an interim Government put in place to take charge of the violence strewn Libya.That the interim Government chief Mustafa Abdel Jalil received the support ofthe world leaders expedited the expected political change. The U.S.President Barak Obama made a call to the last of Gaddafi's loyalist forces to surrender.But Gaddafi was heard by the world taunting NATO in his speech broadcasted by Syrian-based Arrai television station. At last Gaddafi was captured by by the rebels and shot dead, though he was pleading for his life.
Let us hope that there will be a democratic political administration coming force in Libya in the nearest future.

VOTERS ARE FOOLS

India is a democratic country.Electing our M.P.S & M.L.S are very costly process and this brings a stable Government.The common people gives vote to these representatives to bring the wants before the Government and that will be the promises of these people at the time of election.But now Assemblies &Parliaments became the place for other activities.

Last week Kerala assembly saw an unusual scenes.Some M.L.A's tried to come near the speaker ,some pushed watch &ward,shouting each other,etc.When the speaker gave punishment for some .M.L.A.'s they didn't like it.We ,the comm en people elect these people to help the Government in making laws &development of the country.But these people find this position only for the benefit of themselves .They are not interested in passing bills for the benefit of people.At the time of increasing their remuneration ,all of these will support without considering their party.What is the pro missed at the time of election,they forget &they only their position &benefits.

The common people had to suffer till next election.It is because these M.L.A.S&M.P.S forget their promise.If any elected can recall by the voters ,if they are not benefited by these people,they will not behave like this.

The voters are fools.They will cast vote next time to another one in the belief that this new one will do some thing to the voters.
