HUMANITY

Cancer,it is very dangerous disease.Now there are many facilities to dictate cancer and in yearly stage treatment will help to return to healthy stage.There are many problems as the people are not aware of these facilities.Some people asks ,why we do tests as they are healthy.The testing must do at regular intervals as once in a year or like vise.The expense is another matter.Poor people can't afford the testings.
If a V.I.P is affected cancer,there are lot of people,Cine artists,writers etc will come to visit that person surrounded with media people.There is crying,apologizing all before media.But if a poor person is in that place , these people will not know the pain of that patient.They will not give money for medicines or for food at least for a day.
Fame,money all these are the values of a human.There is no humanity now a days.

OUR CULTURE.

last WEEK OF LAST MONTH,WHEN I WAS SEARCHING A TV CHANNEL,I SAW A PROGRAM IN jAYA TV.It was the telecast of carnatic music competition held in U.S.A.Some parts of competitions are showing from Monday to Friday in Jaya tv.Most participants are Tamil students and some Telugu students.These students are living their with their parents.All know to speak their mother tongue Tamil.They wear their traditional dress,girls silk skirts,half sarees.The judges are from Tamil nadu,famous Soumya,Naivali Santhanam.

The competition is tough one.All students learn music not for competition but to study it .Here in Kerala some learn only to participate in reality shows, for fame ,money.
Here we malayali people are just against Tamil people.They are not bothered about our culture &tradition.Kerala people will wear dhotis in some temples like Padmanabhaswami temple.In all other occasions they wear pants or jeans.They teach their children western music,drum,git tar etc.They feel proud in this.They contempt those ,who learn our music,&instruments like Chenda and other.
Some schools not allow to speak in Malayalam or wear dhotis in school on some occasions.
Our dress,food ,all are according to our climate.Cotton dress is beneficial in our hot climate.Food helps to keep healthy.Our young generation asks why we ate feast on Onam?We can take noodles,pasta etc on banana leaf.Some parents supports them saying that they don't like rice and other items.But the parents have to say the benefits of our food and culture.
We can accept other countries food,dresses,everything.But we not forget our culture ,traditionanl all.We must pass to the next generation.

Colonel Gaddafi was killed yesterday, thus ending the story of some 42 long years of dictatorship in Libya. The civil war broke outin Libya against Muammar Gaddafi in the month February 2011. The anti-government militias took control of several cities becoming brutally powerful day by day. The U.N Security Council voted to authorise a no-fly zone over Libya and carry out military action against -- to protect civilians against Gaddafi's army.There were rumors that Gaddafi had fled to Algeria to save his skin. But it was his wife and daughter that had escaped into Algerian soil where the daughter had given birth to a baby girl. In the month of September, an interim Government put in place to take charge of the violence strewn Libya.That the interim Government chief Mustafa Abdel Jalil received the support ofthe world leaders expedited the expected political change. The U.S.President Barak Obama made a call to the last of Gaddafi's loyalist forces to surrender.But Gaddafi was heard by the world taunting NATO in his speech broadcasted by Syrian-based Arrai television station. At last Gaddafi was captured by by the rebels and shot dead, though he was pleading for his life.
Let us hope that there will be a democratic political administration coming force in Libya in the nearest future.

VOTERS ARE FOOLS

India is a democratic country.Electing our M.P.S & M.L.S are very costly process and this brings a stable Government.The common people gives vote to these representatives to bring the wants before the Government and that will be the promises of these people at the time of election.But now Assemblies &Parliaments became the place for other activities.

Last week Kerala assembly saw an unusual scenes.Some M.L.A's tried to come near the speaker ,some pushed watch &ward,shouting each other,etc.When the speaker gave punishment for some .M.L.A.'s they didn't like it.We ,the comm en people elect these people to help the Government in making laws &development of the country.But these people find this position only for the benefit of themselves .They are not interested in passing bills for the benefit of people.At the time of increasing their remuneration ,all of these will support without considering their party.What is the pro missed at the time of election,they forget &they only their position &benefits.

The common people had to suffer till next election.It is because these M.L.A.S&M.P.S forget their promise.If any elected can recall by the voters ,if they are not benefited by these people,they will not behave like this.

The voters are fools.They will cast vote next time to another one in the belief that this new one will do some thing to the voters.

Steve Jobs passed away on October 5th.His life is a text book for business people.He succeeded in in making faultiness products.That was his success.
In 1975research work was going on for the development of personal computers.Both Steve Wosnik&Steve Jobes ,designed ,developed &marketed the commercial personal computers.In 1977 APPLE introduced two computer modals in West Cost computer fair at Sanfrancisco.In 1984 APPLE introduced Macintosh with key board ,mouse&graphic enter face.Now there is cod less and magic mouse.

He popularised mobile with touch screen.In 2001 he introduced i-pod with mp3 player.He brought i-tunes to download music.I-pod is popular among youth.
He introduced i-pad in 2010 ,the tablet P.C.
He is the magician in the world of computers.

Victory of an ordinary person

We celebrated 65th Independence day this week.But apprehension uncertainty was reflected over the celebrations.The next day,16th of August,Anna Hazare started his vow of fasting to give an end to corruption.Central Government and Delhi police was standing on throne that day.As a precaution,police arrested him and send to jail before he started his fasting.But he was fasting in jail and refused to come out till he gives permission to have vow of fasting in Ramlila ground for 30days.Lots of supporters crowded before jail .Police had to struggle to cont role the supporters.
Corruption can not be controlled by a bill in a day.Government in April made an agreement with Hazare to bring bill in parliamentGovernment made a committee.Ministers,Lawyers and such persons are members of this committee, and give a form for the bill.When the bill came in Parliament ,Hazare burned the same as he was not satisfied the bill.He says that Prime Minister must come under this bill.Hazare said he will start fasting till death ,Government must consider his demands.
Today after many discussions with Government and Hazare ,there came an agreement to do fasting in Rmamlila ground only for 2 weeks .He will come out of jail.

The Government conquered before an ordinary man.

New Government,new expectations

The new Government taken position,new ministers taken oath.For the people there is lots of expectations from new Government.
Before forming Government there starts disputes about number of ministers and there departments.All the M.L.A.s have to become ministers.The reason for asking minister is that they want to fulfil their promises at the time of election and help the voters.To help voters no need to become minister.As she/he can help people as M.L.S or M.P.or even as a councilor. They want to become minister because they want to help their friends and make money.
Selection of ministers must be on behalf of capability, not on the basis of caste and religion.A candidate is winning not only the vote from his/her caste.They get vote from caste.Candidate asks vote on behalf of the the party he/she represents.But at the time of selection of ministers there comes caste ,religion etc.The party leader decides about ministers .But unfortunately every one ,those wish to become ministers and if they didn't get ,they make disputes.

Voters are fools.They expect developments and benefits from new Government.But at last they become disappointed.

Birds

Lots of birds are sitting in a branch.

Sathya sai Baba passed away.He was a God -man,more than that he had done many social work ,beneficial to poor people.He transfer ed Puttaparthi ,from desert to a town with all facilities.He had followers all over world.
At Puttaparthi he started super speciality hospitals that give treatment to poor people including heart surgery.He had Educational institutions that give free education from kinder -garden to PhD.He also started hospital at Bangalore to give good treatment to poor people there.
He had his own University,Sree Sathya Sai University.Educational Institutes at Banguluru,Ananthpoor and Puttaparthi are under this University.
Sathya Si Trust had done drinking water project not only at Ananthapoor but also in Chennai.
Giving facilities to poor people was the target of his social work.

Election.

India is a democratic country.Assembly elections are in progress in many states.In kerala election was on 13Th of this month.Both L.D.F andU.D.F.have the expectation to win and form Government.Counting is on 13Th of may.
We heard about Democracy only at the time of election.Politician have the intuition of people only this time.They give many promises,if they win that will be a dream for ever.After winning,they forget about people,democracy.They try to make more and more benefits to them and there friends.
Corruption is became so power full that any Government can not stop it.Some people starts fasting to bring bill in Parliamentto stop corruption.In India there are lots of laws.When this comes into force, those people who want the law tries to escape from the same law.
At the time of election some people appears ,shouting against corruption,starts fasting to become hero.Where was these people to stop corruption ,these years?
Corruption is every where.Politician search only at the time of election.

In Kerala election held peacefully.But some citizen had no right to vote.At the time of re-arrangement of wards ,they lost their vote.Those ,who had I.D.cards,voted many years, had no vote this time.Some people run away from voting because of mentality of politicians.
We can expect a Government that do something to people.

Kerala is the state that achieved full literacy.At the same time people of Kerala is attracted to devotion and superstition.This faith is utilised by temples,Churches and man gods.
Pongala is the main offering of Attukal temple at Trivandrum.This started many years ago.Lots of people come to put Pongala at this temple and this entered in Guinness Book of World Records.
In temples libation is preparing at hygienic atmosphere,in temple kitchen.But pongala is cooking at bus-stand,Railway -station every where up to 6 k.m around temple.In Kerala these places are most dirty places.Devotees prepare libation in these places and priests will worship these offerings.Faith in God is good.But there must be a limit.

The people of Kerala have more money in there hand .But they didn't have peace of mind.They didn't know what to do to have peace of mind.Some turns to drugs and some to devotion.From Trivandrum to Eranakulam many temples started Pongala as their new offerings.More and more people are participating in this offering.

Annadanam (giving food) is another business.To give food a day is good thing,but food will not give some poor person that not had food for many day.

This food supply is found in Churches also.

In the name of God what are doing?No one knows.

Development from ship.

Vallarpadam container terminal,India's first International terminal donated to the nation by Prime Minister Dr.Manmohan singh on 11Th of this month.This terminal will bring many development to Kerala.
Container terminal will bring more income through export and import.More job opportunity will created in different areas.More tourist will attract to kraal,and this will help to the development of hotels.The road development will benefit to common people.The rail bridge is biggest rail in India.

The L.N.G Terminal,Berth for ship to Lakhadeep,fishing boat,facilities of filling fuel to ships etc the other developments.

But at the back side controversy still exists.Rehabilitation of people is not completed yet.

The famous cartoon Tom and Jerry .Films created by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera. Tom and Jerry has a worldwide audience that consists of children, teenagers and adults.This painting is done jointly by me and Archana Prakash.

School Youth festival.

51^st State School youth Festival,Largest Festival in Asia began on 18^Th of this month,at Kottayam.

School Youth Festival started to give encouragement in fine arts as music,dance,drawing etc.But

now it is a crooked way to get admission for professional courses or become an actor or actress.

Fine arts is dyeing as these students learn items as capsule ,just for competition and somehow gets prize and grace mark.If they didn’t get A grade for an item,they give appeal till they get A grade and grace mark.If they didn’t get prize ,they give appeal to get prize and grace mark.

Learning fine arts is like meditation.There need many years of learning from guru and practice.But these students ,after getting admission for professional cources,they will not see in any completion.Jeusudas,p.Jayachadran,Kavya madhavan ect became famous ,not because as they got prize in youthfestival.

Now Youth festival is cash festival.Students learn items just to participate in youth festival.They learn items for 10 minutes.They didn’t know more .They began to learn items when school re-opens or on vacation.The same item is playing every competition,district,sub-district and state.They learn these items from a famous Gurus.

Appeal is an income for Government.For appeal ,they charge Rs .5000/for an item .Appeal money will refund if the student get more mark than the declared result.Well known Gurus are included in Judgement panel in every item.This time judges for Bharathanatyam is from Chenni,kuchupudi from Andhra,classical music also from chenni.T.N.Seshagopan,Ramachandran(sandanam)were came for judgement.If any participant didn’t get prize,givng appeal is not good.By this decision of judges become invalid and they are insulted.

Giving sadya is another lavishness.Crores of money is lavishing.Giving food is a must ,not sadya.Golden trophy is dead money.The students of the district ,who got more points gets the trophy and just touches the trophy and put it in treasury.This time Kozhikode got more points.

The youth festival must beneficial to the students.
